Refund policy

At Buzz Bar, we want you and your pup to love your bath time experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Refunds are available for purchases made directly from our website within 30 days of delivery. 

To start a refund, please email us at help@shopbuzzbar.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once your request is approved.

Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept physical returns, but we may request photos or other details to better understand your concern.
