Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (sorry, international friends—coming soon!).

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

🚚 Standard Shipping – $5.95 (2-4 business days)

• Flat-rate, no surprises.

• Available anywhere in the U.S.

🎉 Free Shipping on Orders Over $35

• Spend $35 or more, and shipping’s on us!

• Just grab two Buzz Bars, and we’ll cover the shipping.

⚡ Expedited Shipping – $25 (1-2 business days)

• For when your pup needs a bath ASAP.

Processing & Handling

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• We ship from California.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Carriers

We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or bark at us at help@shopbuzzbar.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with your neighbors or local USPS office.

• If it’s still missing, email us at help@shopbuzzbar.com, and we’ll help track it down.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently don’t accept returns (because, well… soap). But if you have an issue with your order, email us at help@shopbuzzbar.com, and we’ll make it right.
